11 March 2024 We dealt with Goadsby on this occasion following the death of my mother in law, and the need to then sell her property. Gareth, the Branch Manager, was courteous and professional and dealt with the original take on of the property. Ben carried out the majority of the viewings and secured a full asking price offer within about 8 days of the property being released to the market. Thank you to Gareth and Ben at Goadsby for your efficient and friendly service.

8 March 2024 Me and my partner recently moved in our first home together, the estate agent Charlie couldn’t have been anymore helpful during the whole process. Highly recommend Goasby over any other estate agent!

7 March 2024 I can not recommend Rob, Reece and Mandy at Goadsby Southampton enough. They have been excellent at communicating all the developments in my property sale in real time. 2 March 2024 Wow, we had such a great service from Goadsby (Fordingbridge) as buyers and would happily approach them if ever we needed to sell. From viewing to getting the keys took exactly three months (the house was chain-free but not entirely straightforward as it included a residents' association and sellers in a different time zone - three months was great!), and throughout the whole process Rhyce kept us updated, was moving things forward and was so helpful and proactive. Even afterwards they were happy to help organise looking after our keys when we returned them for a week before moving our things down. 5* service from an amazing team (Rhyce and Alice, thank you for helping with all our questions!), who made a stressful process that bit quicker and easier!

1 March 2024 Reece kept us updated as frequently as possible throughout our purchasing journey, with regular check-ins to ensure everything was going as well as required. In our experience with dealing with both Reece & Rob, their knowledge proved invaluable and made the process as efficient as possible for us. Their welcoming demeanour was a breath of fresh air, and made our experience enjoyable. No problem was ever too much, and I would recommend Goadsby Southampton to anyone looking to purchase or sell a property.

1 March 2024 After viewing over a dozen properties with different estate agents, some of which seemed to put in the minimum effort, not being able to answer the simplest of questions. Tommy Howard of Goadsby estate agents was notable for his proactive approach. He had obviously done his homework. He was knowledgeable about the property and keen to follow up the viewing asking our thoughts about the property. He’s the agent I’d want selling my house.
