Below are Goadsby standard fees to landlords

 

Fully Managed Service

£160 +VAT (£192) Set Up Fee per tenancy
£50 +VAT (£60) Deposit Administration Fee per annum
15% +VAT Commission of the monthly rental, paid each month
£100 +VAT (£120) to reference 1 applicant, £200 +VAT (£240) to reference 2 or more applicants (this excludes student lets)
For student lets, £100 + VAT (£120) to reference each applicant and their guarantor

Rent Receipt Service

£160 +VAT (£192) Set Up Fee per tenancy
£50 +VAT (£60) Deposit Administration Fee per annum
12.5% +VAT Commission of the monthly rental, paid each month
£100 +VAT (£120) to reference 1 applicant, £200 +VAT (£240) to reference 2 or more applicants (this excludes student lets)
For student lets, £100 + VAT (£120) to reference each applicant and their guarantor

Let Only Service

£160 +VAT (£192) Set Up Fee per tenancy
£50 +VAT (£60) Deposit Administration Fee per annum
10% +VAT Commission of the first 6 months rental
£100 +VAT (£120) to reference 1 applicant, £200 +VAT (£240) to reference 2 or more applicants (this excludes student lets)
For student lets, £100 + VAT (£120) to reference each applicant and their guarantor

Inventory Fees

Vary dependent on size of property from between:-
£150 +VAT (£180) for unfurnished studio per tenancy
£195 +VAT (£234) for 5 bed furnished property per tenancy

Renewal Fee

£100 +VAT (£120) for the duration of the tenancy and any extension of the tenancy

Additional costs that may apply

£82.50 +VAT (£99) EPC Energy Performance Certificate (Valid for 10 Years)
Gas Safety Certificate (Required Annually) from Circa £50 +VAT (£60) (Depending on property)
Other costs and/or fees relating to the property maintenance, property costs and non-routine matters may apply, please refer to our ‘Terms and Conditions’ for details

Sales Commission

Should tenant(s) or their associates purchase the property, fees (2% & VAT of the sale consideration) will apply and be payable in accordance with our ‘Terms and Conditions’

Consumer Redress Scheme

Goadsby & Harding (Residential) Limited & Goadsby & Harding (Commercial) Limited are members of the redress scheme:- ‘PRS, Property Redress Scheme’

Client Money Protection
