As we approach Christmas and with the clocks turning back, buyers and sellers assume that the property market is quieter and lose confidence of a possible sale before the end of the year. We here at Goadsby have not found this to be the case and we are pleased to announce that in the last 6 weeks (25/9 – 6/11), we have been able to agree 24 sales, totalling a property value of over £10,000,000! This just proves that whatever the time of year, properties are selling. To give further reassurance of the market place, 9 of these 24 sales were properties with asking prices in excess of £500,000, showing there are most certainly buyers out there looking for properties at the upper end of the market too.
