Goadsby estate agents, one of Salisbury’s most established High Street agents is reporting having had a superb start to the summer.
According to stats obtained from online property portal Rightmove, Goadsby in Salisbury agreed sales on more properties than any of its competitors between 17th June and 31st July.
Rob Ward, Branch Manager, reports property sales worth just over £7.4 million being agreed to be sold, subject to contract, during this period, with over £2.25 million having been agreed in the last week of July alone.
All types of property have been agreed to be sold ranging in price from £87,500 to £965,000.
