Acting on behalf of private clients, via their Property Management Department, Goadsby Commercial have let 2-4 London Road, Southampton SO15 2AF.

The prominent retail unit occupies a corner position between London Road and Brunswick Place and has a retail area of 672 sq ft plus first and second floors, giving a total of 1,560 sq ft (144.92 sq m). 

It has been let on a new lease to Coffee Lab and the quoting rental was £25,000 per annum.
