Flat Conversion In Jewry Street, Winchester

Flat Conversion In Jewry Street, Winchester

29 December 2017

Acting on behalf of private clients, Goadsby Town Planning has submitted a planning application for the conversion of the upper floor of 45 Jewry Street to a flat. The principle of the proposed development has already been approved under the Government initiative to encourage more housing in vacant and under-utilised commercial property. The new application seeks to alter the access details and improve the quality of the accommodation, which will have wonderful views across the City Centre and out towards the National Park.

A decision on the application is due in March.
