Goadsby, acting on behalf of Ward-Edward, are pleased to have completed a letting on the 3rd Floor, Dean Park House, Dean Park Crescent, Bournemouth to Nourish Care Systems Ltd in an impressive timeframe.  The existing lease was surrendered and a new lease was granted in less than 2 weeks from the heads of terms being issued to solicitors.  These timescales were met by a combination of factors, all helped by the multi-disciplines provided by Goadsby; from marketing, to property management and the Building Consultancy team preparing the schedule of dilapidations.  The modern town centre office accommodation extends to approximately 2,808 sq ft with 9 allocated parking spaces.
