Sandwiched between Southampton and Winchester, with very good transport links to London and becoming one of the most popular places to live in. A train to London Waterloo only takes one hour and twenty minutes. Eastleigh now provides a good array of amenities such as shops, supermarkets, bowling alley, cinema, bars and restaurants. There is plenty going on in this vibrant town, a couple of examples are the musical festival, Eastleigh “unwrapped” and the carnival. Great walks along the Itchen Navigation Canal or around Lakeside.  There is something for everyone when it comes to a place to live, there are modern estate’s, Victorian terraces, converted and purpose built flats and well as executive home on the outskirts of the town centre.

A property website reports that the average rental figures for the area are Flats £650 pcm, terraced houses £950 pcm and detached houses at £1,100pcm.
