Another Investor Purchase At The Glenmore Centre, Poole

Goadsby and Sibbett Gregory have, on behalf of Glenmore Holdings, sold a brand new 1,500 sq ft industrial/warehouse unit to a private investor.  The quoting price was £180,000 plus VAT.

The unit has a 6m eaves height, planning for B1c, B2 and B8 uses and has a 1,000 sq ft footprint and a 500 sq ft structural first floor.
