Goadsby’s Land and Commercial Departments are delighted to announce the successful sale of 1.3 Acre Development site at 37 Culver Parade, Sandown on the Isle of Wight.

The site comprises a former nightclub, amusement arcade & holiday apartments and has been sold with the benefit of detailed planning consent for 47 apartments and approximately 6,000sq.ft ground floor commercial space.
