GOADSBY RECORD BOURNEMOUTH TOWN CENTRE DEAL
Acting on behalf of private clients, Goadsby Commercial have completed the letting of 88 Old Christchurch Road, Bournemouth, Dorset, BH1 1LR to The Vault (Christchurch) Ltd who are trading as record shop, selling a range of vinyl records, CD’s & DVD’s.
The subject premises comprise a net internal area of 654 sq ft over ground and basement levels and was let on a new lease, granted for a term of 5 years. The quoting rental was £20,000 pa ex.
