Acting on behalf of Private Clients, Goadsby Commercial have completed the letting of Unit 2, Meeting House Lane, Ringwood to Coffee#1 Ltd.

The subject premises comprise a ground floor sales area of 1,280 sq ft with a further 939 sq ft at first floor level.  The quoting rental was £30,000 per annum exclusive.
