Lawful Use Granted for HMO Acting on behalf of a private landlord, Goadsby has obtained a Certificate of Lawfulness for the use of the two upper floors of 44 St. Swithun’s Road, Bournemouth, as a House in Multiple Occupation (HMO). Having commenced more than 10 years ago, the HMO accommodates 6 individuals living together, but unrelated to each other. It therefore falls into Class C4 of the Town & Country Planning (Use Classes) Order.
