Coffee#1 Open In Southbourne After Goadsby Acquire Former Bank

Acting on behalf of Coffee#1 Ltd, Goadsby Commercial have acquired a lease of the former HSBC bank in Southbourne, Bournemouth.

The subject premises comprise a ground floor sales area of 1,493 sq ft with a kitchenette 129 sq ft and a basement of 620 sq ft.  The quoting rental was £40,000 per annum exclusive.
