Acting on behalf of Dorset Council, Goadsby Commercial have let the vacant café at Lodmoor Country Park in Weymouth.
The premises have been let to experienced operator Emma Hearn and the business will trade as Weymouth Bay Coffee Co.
The unit which is just over 1,000 sq ft is situated opposite Lodmoor Country Park and the Sealife Centre, within the main car park.
The café will open for business from 9am until 5pm from Wednesday to Sunday initially and later it will trade 7 days a week. It will serve a full breakfast menu and a variety of burgers, paninis, sandwiches and jacket potatoes.
