Paul Stewart, Managing Director of Goadsby Commercial reports “In an industry that is often doubted for its standards, Goadsby are proud to announce that in the last 12 months we have had people pass AssocRICS qualifications in Residential Lettings, Residential Land Agency, and, Building Consultancy across our Residential and Commercial trading firms.
With more staff in Residential Sales and Commercial Property Management concluding their studies in July and others just embarking on the process, we continue our flight to be the quality agency and surveying firm in Dorset, Wiltshire and Hampshire. As an independent, owner managed business, we believe that training and investing in our staff to RICS standards across all disciplines will lead to increased market share and mean our nearly 60 year old business will continue for another half a century and beyond.
We are immensely proud of the commitment our staff have shown towards this qualification and it is a great credit to those who have passed or embarked on the course as they are juggling full time jobs with studying.
Chancellor Philip Hammond announced a surprise change to business rates in his Spring Statement delivered on 13th March 2018, says Marcus Andrews, Chartered Surveyor at Goadsby.
Steve Cook has been coaching primary school children on the importance of respect and good behaviour.
We are delighted to announce the release of our latest Homes of Distinction Magazine comprising a range of quality Residential and Commercial properties for sale and to let.
