Goadsby Announce New Southampton Management Instruction

Goadsby’s Property Management Department are delighted to have been instructed to manage Ashwood Apartments in Southampton by Artic Estates Limited.

Artic Estates are a new client for the management team, although Southampton residential lettings have acted for them for six years on the marketing and letting of the flats.

The property is a modern block of twelve self-contained flats with five garages and off road parking, located in a leafy area but with good access to the town centre.

Goadsby are well placed in the area managing many properties in Southampton from the Bournemouth Headquarters, but also having the Southampton office support which is five minutes from Ashwood Apartments.
