According to the most recent data released by Rightmove in their May House Price Index Report, the market in the south west continues to improve. With monthly asking prices increasing again month on month by 2.1% and over the last year 13.4% in total.
Encouragingly, and reflecting the demand our offices are seeing, the average time to sell a property is 26 days compared with 48 days in London! This means properties in the South West are selling faster than any other part of England & Wales.
