Felt She Would Never Sell It

19 January 2022 Goadsby Ferndown are pleased to announce that they have now completed on the sale of a 1 bedroom top floor apartment in Homelands House. The property had previously been marketed for 3 months by an agent out of the area without selling. When we initially met the vendor she informed us that only one viewing had taken place during this time and that she “felt she would never sell it”. 

Upon taking instructions, the team in Ferndown contacted buyers looking for a retirement property and conducted five viewings before finding the perfect buyer.
