Safe As Houses, In Poole

Safe As Houses, In Poole

In recent research by Currys and Swann, Poole has come out as one of the safest places in England for Landlords to buy a property with a low crime rate of 70.69 per 1000 people.

Mark Sanderson, Divisional Director comments ‘we live and work in an incredibly beautiful area of England but are also lucky enough to have a very low crime rate.

It’s amazing how many applicants we speak to who are moving from outside of the area and are surprised by how safe it is.

The rental market is extremely buoyant with rents on the increase for all types of property.

We have recently let a selection of one bedroom new build apartments, available unfurnished with parking and communal roof terrace and these have all let for over £900pcm.’

If you have a property you want to let out please contact the Poole office on 01202 686555 or email mark.sanderson@goadsby.com.
