The Goadsby team in Blandford are delighted to have raised £505.00 for two amazing charities, Dorset Cancer Care Foundation and Margret Green Animal Rescue following their recent office Christmas raffle.
Twenty six prizes were gifted in total and the vast majority of the prizes were supplied by a selection of local businesses within Blandford. These wonderful and very generous companies included, J Mato & Sons, Conyers, Florabunda, The Ginger Viking, Saurands, Aurora Gems, Dawn’s Avon, WHSmith, Morrisons, and The Crown Hotel - Hall and Woodhouse.
The winning tickets were pulled by Mr Clark, a local town councillor and his wife on Friday 10th December and everyone involved agreed that these two worthy charities had touched their lives in some way.
All the team at the Blandford office would like to say a massive Thank You to everyone who took part especially as it is an expensive time of year for most and we hope this donation will help in some way for both these very well-deserved charities.
