Goadsby And Willis Commercial Secure Sale Of Convenience Store Investment

Goadsby and Willis Commercial are pleased to report the sale of the Ground Floor, 38 Christchurch Road, Bournemouth.

The premises are let to the Co-operative Group Food Ltd for a term of 15 years at a current rent of £77,000 per annum exclusive.  The quoting price was £1.2M which reflects a net initial yield of 6.06%.
