Pet Friendly Properties Needed!

Isabelle Klein from Goadsby comments, “It can often be very difficult to find rental accommodation if you do have a pet, meaning there are all ways a number of potential tenants on our books searching for a pet friendly property. This high level of demand can lead to premium rents and on occasions receiving above the marketing rate.

There is often a stigma attached to tenants with pets which means many landlords will not offer their property to applicants with pets, however as a company we do offer a range of solutions to help protect your property. We can offer a pet premium to tenants, for example paying an extra £25pcm on top of the monthly rental for that extra security for the landlord. We can also add a special pet clause to the tenancy agreement, which ensures tenants get the property cleaned to a professional standard prior to vacation. Finally with our comprehensive fully managed service we would carry out regular inspections to ensure your property is being properly looked after.
