Acting on behalf of private clients, Goadsby Commercial have completed the disposal of 366 Ashley Road, Parkstone, a retail investment let to Scope.
The property is let on a new full repairing and insuring lease for a term of 10 years from 2016, thus expiring in June 2026. The current rental income is £22,000 per annum exclusive and the quoting price was £275,000.
