Goadsby and LSH have, on behalf of Chancerygate, sold Units 5, 6, 7 and 8 Horizon Park, Innovation Close, Poole to a private investor.  The units are in a single terrace and range from 1,677 to 2,153 sq ft.  These warehouses are brand new, have an internal eaves height of approximately 7m and could be linked to provide up to 7,352 sq ft.

The quoting price for the four units totalled £1,176,840 plus VAT.
