This independent assessment rates the office as being within the Top 5% of Estate Agent Branches nationally.
The Best Estate Agents Guide was created to help you, the client, choose an estate agent for the sale your most valuable asset.
Rightmove along with The Property Academy , assessed over 25,000 individual estate agents branches throughout the UK and each branch was analysed over a 6-month period. They were then scored against a unique set of performance and customer service criteria, using a combination of data analysis and mystery shopping.
Agents considered to be Exceptional showed an outstanding level of service and care towards prospective clients.
• Marketed clients’ properties better; They used excellent photography, clear and easy to view floor plans which with well composed narrative generate more “Views” online per property than their competitors.
• Delivered sales within a reasonable time frame and did so upon a higher proportion of the properties they list.
• Had a higher completion rate than other agents with less fall-throughs meaning more of their sales went on to a successful completion.
• Had fewer price reductions than their competitors, ensuring their properties were priced correctly as opposed to some agents who will position properties at any level to either please their clients or to win instructions.
