Below are Goadsby standard fees to landlords

 

Fully Managed Service

  • £120 +VAT (£144) Set Up Fee per tenancy
  • £50 +VAT (£60) Deposit Administration Fee per tenancy
  • 15% +VAT (18%) Commission of the monthly rental, paid each month
 

Rent Receipt Service

  • £120 +VAT (£144) Set Up Fee per tenancy
  • £50 +VAT (£60) Deposit Administration Fee per tenancy
  • 12.5% +VAT (15%) Commission of the monthly rental, paid each month
 

Let Only Service

  • £120 +VAT (£144) Set Up Fee per tenancy
  • £50 +VAT (£60) Deposit Administration Fee per tenancy
  • 10% +VAT (12%) Commission of the first 6 months rental

Inventory Fees

  • Inventory Fees vary dependent on size of property from between:-
  • £100 +VAT (£120) for unfurnished studio per tenancy
  • £140 +VAT (£168) for 4 bed furnished property per tenancy
 

Renewal Fee

  • £60 +VAT (£72) For the duration of the tenancy and any extension of the tenancy
 

Sales Commission

  • Should tenant(s) or associates purchase the property, fees will apply and be payable in accordance with our ‘Terms and Conditions’
 

Other Costs That May Apply

  • £95 +VAT (£114) EPC Energy Performance Certificate (Valid for 10 Years)
  • Gas Safety Certificate (Required Annually) Circa £50 +VAT (£60)
  • Fees relating to the property maintenance, property costs and non-routine matters may apply, please refer to our ‘Terms and Conditions’ for details.
