The Department is run by Louise Rankin who is an accomplished property manager with 17 years experience and excellent knowledge of the lettings market. Her approachable manner and strong communication skills offer tenants and landlords confidence that they have a professional advisor at their side. Louise is supported by a strong, diligent and robust team who are kept appraised of changes in legislation and procedures through regular training.
