Western Land Department 01305 832021

Laura Jacobs is responsible for the Land & New Homes Department in the Western Region which covers the Isle of Purbeck, Weymouth & Portland as well as North and West Dorset. Laura has 20 years’ experience working within Goadsby running the successful Western Land department for 12 years during which time she has been involved in many high profile schemes such as the 2012 Olympic village at Portland.

James joined Goadsby in 1989 operating in Residential Sales. He is responsible for running the company’s Residential Land Division and our eight most Eastern sales offices and was promoted to joint Managing Director (Residential) in 2018. Having dealt with local, regional and national developers over many years he has an extensive knowledge of the market place and the requirements of homeowners, landowners and developers alike.

James lives in Bournemouth and is married with 3 children.
