Goadsby Commercial have completed the letting of both 12 & 14 Post Office Road, Bournemouth.

12 Post Office Road consists of a net sales area of 408 sq ft and was let on a new lease for a term of 5 years. The quoting rent was £19,500 pax.

Additionally, 14 Post Office Road was let on a new lease for a term of 3 years and is a slightly larger unit with an internal area of 748 sq ft. The quoting rent was £27,500 pax.
