Goadsby, acting on behalf of Birchmere, working alongside joint agents Sibbett Gregory are delighted to announce that the final letting has now completed at Avro Business Park, Christchurch. which marks the 15th letting at the brand new business park.  Construction of the new business park completed in October 2016 and since then Goadsby and Sibbett Gregory have completed a number of lettings to a mixture of mainly local businesses.  The unit sizes ranged from 1,253 sq ft up to 7,801 sq ft.  The business park benefits from good access to the A35 which in turns provides access to the M27 and M3 motorway networks and beyond.
