Goadsby Achieve Full House at the Sidings

Acting on behalf of Eastleigh Borough Council, Goadsby have recently completed 5 lettings at The Sidings, Hound Road, Netley Abbey.

The Sidings is a mix of small light industrial units, some single storey and others two storey with first floor offices.  The sizes range from 400 – 800 sq ft (37.16 – 74.32 sq m).  Units 2, 7,8, 11 and 15 have been let in the last few months.  They have all been let on three year leases with flexibility of three monthly break options.

Amy Baker comments ‘We have been pleased to achieve lettings on all of these units this year and The Sidings is now full.  We are seeing a high demand for units up to 1000 sq ft in all areas with thriving small businesses looking for a home and a very limited number of units on the market. With this level of demand we had a lot of applicants register interest in The Sidings and we are keen for more similar stock in the area’

If you own or have a lease of an industrial unit and would like to discuss letting or selling your unit, we would be pleased to offer advice, for further information please contact Amy Baker on 023 8022 7337/01962 869667.
