Jonathan Trembath, Land Manager of Goadsby central region is delighted to report that Goadsby Land Department have sold this prominent development site in Poole Town Centre.
The site consisting of 50 open market residential apartments is located a short stroll to the nearby train station, Poole Park and Quay. An important sale for the town that will provide much needed new homes to the conurbation of Poole.
The purchaser, Steven Beales of St Georges Place (Poole) Ltd informs “This is a site we are delighted to have purchased, having a mix of studios, 1 & 2 bedroom apartments will cater for a range of different buyers. The scheme will be delivered with the Government backed ‘help to buy’ scheme and give the opportunity for many local residents of Poole to get on the housing ladder which we believe is very important”
Construction is due to start on site at the end of this summer with the apartments being made available in late 2019/early 2020. Past history of Poole will be remembered with this development with the chosen name given for the new apartment block, Canawey Court, named after the first Mayor of Poole, Thomas Canawey.
