Goadsby Secure New Tenant On Behalf Of Tesco Stores Ltd

Acting on behalf of Tesco Stores Ltd, Goadsby have completed a letting at Unit 1, 144 Hampton Lane, Blackfield, situated next door to Tesco's busy Blackfield convenience store.

The unit has a retail area of 715 sq ft and has been let on a new sub-lease for a period of seven years.  The quoting rental was £7,000 per annum.

Michael Lord at Goadsby comments “We are pleased to have let this unit to a company called NSN Hampshire who are opening a new Nail Bar. We are sure they will make every success having been in the industry for a number of years, running similar well established businesses in Southampton and surrounding towns.”

Unit 1 was the last unit that Goadsby had available on the Blackfield site and both units have proven very popular with local start-up and established businesses enquiring, we feel this will be down to location and benefitting from busy neighbouring occupiers.
