Acting on behalf of BST Warehouses Ltd, James Edwards of Goadsby and Steve Tomkins of Nettleship Sawyer have acted jointly to secure the sale of Units 1-2, 26-28 Cobham Road, Ferndown Industrial Estate.

The premises are let to Howdens Joinery Properties Ltd and are situated in the heart of Ferndown Industrial Estate with frontage to the main spine road, Cobham Road.

Offers were invited in excess of £625,000 and following a 2 month marketing campaign, thirteen offers were received for the asset.
