Acting on behalf of The Relaxed Pub Company number 2 Ltd, Goadsby Commercial have completed the acquisition of the former La Tasca building at 23-27 Bourne Avenue.

The subject premises, occupying a prime position in Bournemouth Town Centre, comprised a ground floor sales area providing 120 covers. The quoting price was £82,000.
