Chilly Wizard In Christchurch Sold

Goadsby’s Licensed & Business Transfer Division are pleased to report the recent sale of the busy Chilly Wizard Ice Cream business in Saxon Square, Christchurch.

The business which sells homemade ice cream was operated by the previous owners for 12 years and has recently been purchased by Sue Clarke.

The unit is situated in a prominent corner position at the entrance to the shopping centre which includes chain stores such as Boots, WH Smith, Argos and New Look.

Mark Nurse of Goadsby Commercial commented, “The business was sold as a “lifestyle opportunity” trading from Easter until October.  It was marketed as a going concern business and was sold fully fitted and equipped”.  Sue Clarke the new owner commented, “We now sell a range of freshly ground coffee, flavoured hot chocolates and freshly baked waffles.  The business is currently trading  Friday to Monday’s inclusive subject to the weather until mid December.  It will then close for refurbishment and will re-open March 2018”.
