Goadsby, Residential Operations Director, Jim Doerr who oversees the company’s central region sales offices continues to be pleased with recent new homes activity. He stated ‘Whilst we are still experiencing a severe shortage of new homes being built across the Dorset conurbation, the demand continues to grow with many purchasers seeing the benefits of buying new as a major attraction’.
He continued ‘ With some of our developer clients offering incentives towards moving costs, including stamp duty and removals and buyers being able to purchase with the help to buy scheme, many of our registered buyers see a brand new home as the perfect solution’.
We have had great success across the region over the past few months and our sales teams are well versed in being able to advise developer clients and purchasers in all aspects of purchasing and selling new homes.
