Biscuit Cafe In Branksome Opens Its Doors

Goadsby’s Licensed & Business Transfer Division are pleased to report the sale of the Coffee Office in Branksome to the new owner, experienced caterer Stéphanie Bineau.

The café which has 18 covers was refurbished by the previous owners to an exceptional standard and was sold as a going concern business.

The business has just opened following a small refurbishment and is now trading as “Biscuit”.  It is a 100% gluten free cafe with a “French atmosphere”.  The business offers homemade patisserie products and croque monsieur, sandwiches and salads and is open from Monday to Saturday from 8am until 5pm.

Mark Nurse of Goadsby Commercial commented, “I was extremely impressed with the quality and presentation of the premises and I felt sure that we would have buyers for the business.  I know that Stéphanie, who was born in France has spent a great deal of effort perfecting her new café concept and I wish her the best of luck with the new venture”.

For further information on our current business listings or if you wish to sell your business, please contact Mark Nurse.
