Starbucks Opens At Portland

29 October 2024 Goadsby have, on behalf of a Developer, let a new drive-thru coffee shop to Starbucks at the entrance to Osprey Quay in Portland. The property has a gross internal area of approximately 1,800 sq ft and was built to Starbucks’ exacting specification.  

There are designated car-parking spaces and two large order waiting bays.

The site has frontage to the water so a number of uses were considered before A3/A5 planning was granted for a coffee shop drive-thru for the sale of coffees, teas and hot drinks.
