New 40,000 Sq Ft Go-Karting Centre For Bournemouth

25 September 2024 Goadsby have, on behalf of Magellan Aerospace, let Unit 1-3, 510 Wallisdown Road in Bournemouth to TeamSport who will shortly be opening a new electric go-kart centre.  These detached premises extend to around 40,000 sq ft and have prime frontage to the busy Wallisdown Road. Eaves heights vary from 3.9m to 6.1m and the property had a new roof in 2019.
