Planning Application For Two Bungalows in Parkstone

Planning Application For Two Bungalows in Parkstone

29 August 2024
Planning Application For Two Bungalows in Parkstone Acting on behalf of a private client, Goadsby has submitted an outline planning application for the development of two bungalows on land to the rear of four existing dwellings in Livingstone Road, Parkstone. The application proposes changes to the access to the site, as well as new bin and cycle store facilities for the existing dwellings.

The application was accompanied by a Bio-Diversity Net Gain (BNG) report, a standard requirement now for most small development sites. If planning permission is granted and the scheme built, the BNG ensures that on-site natural habitats will be enhanced.

The scheme design is by Harriplan.
