Goadsby have successfully secured the letting of Units 42 and 43, Churchill Business Park, Provence Drive, Off Magna Road, Poole. These two new industrial/warehouse premises each have a 1,001 sq ft ground floor and a 500 sq ft first floor storage mezzanine. The total amount of space taken by the tenant therefore amounts to approximately 3,002 sq ft and at a headline rent of £37,500 per annum exclusive. The tenant will benefit from allocated parking, EV charging points, Photovoltaic panels and an internal eaves height of 6.27 metres.
