1 July 2024 Goadsby have successfully let part of the First Floor at Telephone House, 18 Christchurch Road, Bournemouth to Hays Recruitment.

The letting is one of a series which have recently concluded at this 35,000 sq ft office building and which is now nearly 100% let.
