Former Travis Perkins Premises In Bournemouth Is Sold Goadsby have sold the 13,848 sq ft semi-detached industrial/warehouse premises at 20-24 Windham Road, Bournemouth which have most recently been used by Travis Perkins as a Builders Merchant.  The site is fenced and gated and extends to 0.64 acres.  The building has a 4.6m internal eaves height, a 12,433 sq ft warehouse and a 1,415 sq ft administration section.  The quoting price was £1.4M plus VAT and the property has been purchased by a warehouse company that will substantially refurbish the property prior to occupation.

There was a separate 0.136 acres car-park on the opposite side of the road and for which the vendor gained outline planning consent for 9 residential flats.  The price guide was offers in excess of £400,000 plus VAT and the site has been site has been sold to a residential developer.
