Flats Approved in Parkstone

17 May 2024 Acting on behalf of Ruislip Manor Properties Ltd, Goadsby has received planning permission for amendments to the proposed development of 10 flats at Firgrove Court, Parkstone. The scheme comprises 4 flats above an existing block, and 6 flats in an extension. The amendments modify the original planning permission, granted in 2023.

Once developed Firgrove Court site will accommodate a total of 41 apartments.
