Goadsby Commercial are pleased to announce the successful sale of the Thirsty Bird Café in Wimborne Minster.
The Thirsty Bird is a very popular catering business and has been a cornerstone of the Wimborne community since 2016.
The new proprietors, Simon Burge and Jehanne Walker bring a huge amount of experience gained within the hospitality industry, promising to uphold the establishments legacy, while introducing new ideas. They plan to reintroduce evenings to their offering and take full advantage of their premises licence which will include mixology themed nights and private hires.
