Weymouth Seafront Restaurant Let Through Goadsby

26 October 2023
Weymouth Seafront Restaurant Let Through Goadsby Acting on behalf of a private client, Goadsby Commercial are pleased to report the recent letting of Harvey’s Bar & Grill, in Weymouth.

The spacious 90+ cover Grade II Listed restaurant and bar has been let to established operator Sambo.

The Brazilian style eatery formerly operated from The Rock in Abbotsbury Road and will open in the new premises in November.

Mark Nurse from Goadsby commented, “We were pleased to assist our client in the letting of these premises. Sambo Rodizio Bar & Grill has been operating very successfully in Weymouth for some years now. The owners wished to relocate to a prime seafront position where they had more space than their current premises. We were very pleased to have been able to help Sambo in the acquisition of their new premises and am no doubt that the restaurant will prove a great asset to the Weymouth community”.

Goadsby Commercial was the exclusive agent in the letting of Harvey’s Bar & Grill.
