Goadsby Lets Another Warehouse For Magellan

19 September 2023 Goadsby have, on behalf of Magellan Aerospace, let Unit 4, 510 Wallisdown Road, Bournemouth to Hendy Group.  The warehouse is detached and extends to approximately 9,223 sq ft incorporating 943 sq ft of first floor offices. The quoting rent was £55,000 per annum and the unit has recently been repainted and had a new roof in 2019.

Chris Wilson, Director, Goadsby commented, “Magellan have refurbished the four buildings that they have recently vacated and which total 60,066 sq ft. We now have only one unit remaining to let and which extends to approximately 33,822 sq ft and has prominence to the busy Wallisdown Road”.
