3 July 2023 Acting on behalf of private clients, Goadsby has obtained planning permission for the development of a major mixed-use scheme in central Bournemouth. Extending to 22 storeys in height, the building will contain commercial units on the ground floor, 3 floors of offices above, and a total of 319 one, two and three bedroom apartments. The scheme also incorporates below ground parking, communal residential facilities, a gym and roof gardens.
